Christmas Time

Owen's first Christmas has come and gone.  It was amazing, and challenging.  Brant got bronchitis, and I had a sinus infection, followed by a nasty cold.  But despite these challenges, we were able to see family and friends.

Growing and Pains

Owen's getting so big so fast.  He's already three and a half months old, which is just ridiculous.  They tell you it goes so fast, and it really really does.

Just a little update:

He's making new sounds every day.  He's really striving to sit up on his own, and I think he's almost there. It's hilarious to see him struggle to stand, though he doesn't have the muscles for it...he strains and grunts and pushes himself up...I'm just like, 'whoa little guy, you're waaay too young for that!'.

He's teething...which I know is a long process.  He's all drooly and cranky, and it's so cute.  Even if I get little time to myself.

His sleep pattern is regular, but late.  He doesn't want to sleep until around 1am, then wakes mostly around 7am, to sleep again until 10:30am, then again until 12pm.  If only we could get him to start this trend at 11pm instead of 1am!  But we're working on it.
